Mental Health Services

El Rio offers short term informal school counseling for school-related issues, as well as crisis intervention to support students. Students enrolled at El Rio may also access mental health services by contacting the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health by visiting their website at https://dmh.lacounty.gov/, calling 1-800-854- 7771 or by texting “LA” to 741741.
